Matches images of documents to accounts and validates specific data from the images. Validates data in Optical Character Recognition (OCR) program. Performs other entry functions as needed: sorts files, folds letters, processes paper documents.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Ensures valid data was picked by OCR program, and re-keys data if required.
- Ensures documents are matched to correct account.
- Ensures specific data on documents match account data.
- Performs other DMC functions as needed, since entry volumes may fluctuate.
Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. In addition, this position requires:
- Ability to enter data quickly and accurately using a standard computer keyboard.
- Ability to comprehend instructions and apply them.
- Ability to work independently. Most of the work assigned is queue-based.
- The individual must be responsible and detail-oriented, since accuracy of their entry drives later follow-up.

Familiarity with basic computer functions. Ability to type 50 WPM
Education/Experience:
HS diploma or equivalent
