NUWAVE is looking for qualified candidates for Data Entry Specialist with focus on close out packages in our Signal Hill, CA office.

This will be in a construction office setting.

• Principal Responsibilities Assist with entering and updating office related information including closeouts
• Initiate, execute, implement and track plan and site inspections for all Division projects
• Responsible for application of new building permits and scheduling the necessary inspections including third party quality inspections, if used
• Acquire all required closeout documents and photos from construction crews
• Review Construction documents and photos for accuracy and quality
• Name and upload documents based on customer guidelines
• Communicate with customers to ensure all standards are met and required information processed for each project
• Keep construction crew leads informed of the closeout requirements for various project types
• Answering phones, scanning documents, and filing documents
• Other duties as assigned or requested

Experience and Skills

• 2+ years of prior data entry experience
• Very strong attention to details
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Proficient with Adobe Acrobat
• Must possess strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to adapt to frequent changes in processes
• Must be reliable and be able to effectively multitask
• Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships
• Ability to work with internal and external teams, and in an open-office environment

Construction or Telecom knowledge preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
