Job Description and Duties

Are you looking for a fast-paced and challenging position that will provide you with extremely valuable data warehouse, data infrastructure, and analytics experience, extensive variety, and frequent exposure to managers and staff in the Information Technology Branch? The Employment Development Department (EDD) is looking for a highly motivated and qualified individual to work in the Business Intelligence Data Warehousing Group (BI DWG). The Information Technology Specialist I works as a Data conversion analyst for the Employment Development Department's (EDD) BI DWG.

The incumbent represents the interest of EDD's program customers, Department goals, and IT Branch directives in developing new Business Intelligence (BI) capabilities which lead to cost savings, improved analytical decision making and faster response times for external and internal information requests

Telework may be available at your home where access to high-speed internet would be required.

Position exists in downtown Sacramento, located at EDD's headquarters office at 800 Capitol Mall.
