JOB SUMMARY: The spa manager will oversee spa sales and operations. Provides excellence in customer service by welcoming and greeting clients/staff warmly.
****MUST BE AVAILABLE WEEKENDS*****
****MUST HAVE SPA/SALON EXPERIENCE**** Preference given to those with med spa experience.

40-45 hours a week and need to be flexible in hours. Some opening and some closing hours. In addition to most or all weekends. (We are closed Sunday's)
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Providing excellence in customer service at all times. Greeting customers and thanking them for their business.
- Cleaning the spa and doing laundry
- Maintaining product knowledge to promote and sell spa and salon services, and retail products.
- Handling customer complaints
- Handling the reporting of any inappropriate guest behavior
- Following all health and safety codes and policy’s
- Order/tracking of supplies and inventories
- Handle employee issues with possible disciplinary action
- Making sure the spa is CLEAN and site ready at all times
- Cover shifts as needed
- Payroll responsibilities
- Scheduling of staff in all services
- Cleaning bathrooms, service rooms and lobby (maintaining premises)
- Completing daily checklist and making sure other team members are completing assigned duties satisfactorily
- Handling cash and bank deposits
- Scheduled customers
- Checking customers in/out
- Escorting customers to service rooms/locker rooms
- Monitoring times of service for customers and notifying customers when service times have ended
- Replenishing stock
- Selling the spa and services through client tours
- Accurately following all booking polices and cancellation policies
- Opening/closing responsibilities
- Upholds high standards of sterilization and sanitation as required by law and the policies and procedures of the spa.
- Properly cares for spa equipment and uses recommended amounts of product to help with cost control.
- Interacts cooperatively with other spa team members to provide a seamless customer experience.
- The use of several potentially hazardous chemicals for the float pod (must always wear gloves and goggles)

REQUIRED/PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Adhere to all current regulations and laws related to a Spa.
- Must handle sensitive client information with confidentiality
- Ability to pass a background check
- 2 years of customer service and 1 year of Spa experience

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
