OPERATION SPECIALIST I MH (DC Pointguard) Starting Pay: $22.80 per hour

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As an OPS SPECIALIST I MH you will be responsible for:

• Execute reporting in the system to monitor for incomplete orders
• Reconcile incomplete orders in the warehouse management system
• Utilize reporting tools (warehouse management system, WCS tool – conveyor tracking, etc.) to identify and isolate on any exceptions
• Determine how to correct the exception(s) and take appropriate action to resolve the issue
• Monitor to ensure the exception has been resolved and the order is moved to a shippable status
• Run and email administrative reports

WHAT YOU BRING

• Minimum requirement 3-5 years warehouse
• experience

• Experienced using the warehouse management
• systems
• Able to locate product in the warehouse and adjust
• inventory when needed
• Understand the flow of the warehouse and know
• who to work with to resolve issues
