Job description
Delivery driver/bakery assistant needed for cookie company on Tuesdays and Fridays starting around 12:00pm and lasting until deliveries are finished.
Some Tuesdays and Fridays - we may need an extra hand in the kitchen boxing cookies starting around 8/9am, after which you would take your deliveries and head out around 12pm. Kitchen pay starts at $14-$15/hour depending on experience.
Deliveries are compensated $6 per delivery PLUS mileage, which can range from Stamford up to Fairfield. Pickups will be made at our storefront in Norwalk.
Number of deliveries can depend on the day (min 1, sometimes 10-13, sometimes 20+ around the holidays) but there is no guarantee we will have any deliveries at all, so looking for someone with a flexible schedule who wants to pick up extra cash. You would be a 1099 contract employee; we pay via Zelle same-day. Looking for dependability/reliability and great communication. Female driver a major plus!
