Demolition Worker

Alliance Environmental Group is the Pacific Northwest’s top general contracting company specializing in asbestos abatement, lead-based paint removal, mold remediation, interior and exterior robotic Demolition services, and debris removal. With standing maintenance contracts with large private and public establishments like the University of Washington, the Port of Seattle, and the Tacoma School District, we continue to grow the company and are looking to fill new, full time, positions.

Duties:

• Preparing work site
• Tool setup
• Property protection
• Structural demolition
• Concrete cutting
• Job site cleanup
• Debris removal and disposal
• Loading/unloading materials

Skills/Qualifications:

• Self-motivated and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Efficient with good time management skills
• Responsible and safety minded
• Able to work in non-conventional environments such as scaffolding, duct work, etc.
• Dependable and reliable
• Basic understanding of operating hand and power tools
• Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects
• Be willing and available for all shifts, occasionally we perform projects that are out of town, swing shift or graveyard

Physical Requirements:

• Carrying/lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Maximum standing
• Minimal sitting
• Maximum walking
• Maximum crawling
• Repetitive motion; use of tools

Previous experience in the construction field is preferred
Must be legally eligible for employment in the United States

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $22.00 per hour
