Seeking experienced (two-plus years) FULL-TIME Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator/Receptionist for a modern, multi-specialty office in Chelsea and Hell's Kitchen in NYC. The offices are conveniently located next to various trains, equipped with cutting-edge technology, organized, clean, fun, and team-oriented. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is friendly, good at multi-tasking, and has a strong work ethic.

The candidate must offer exceptional customer service and be a team player. Experience should include Dentrix, PPO insurances, interpreting Pre-Determinations, communicating with patients, and presenting complex treatment plans. Other responsibilities include helping the front desk with insurance breakdowns, and scheduling and confirming appointments. The ideal candidate has flexible hours, including some evenings and some Saturdays.
