Purpose:

Deployment Analyst performs rate and regulatory-driven reviews.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Price and execute all limited, full, complex, form and rule product reviews.
• Utilize knowledge of actuarial concepts, review product intent when analyzing product, proposed rating structures or marketing intelligence.
• Perform state specific research on competitors and needed territories for their review.
• Develop filings, rules, algorithms and supporting exhibits based on proposed changes.
• Conduct peer reviews to uphold quality.
• Complete marketing materials for state approved revisions.

Required Technical Skills:

• Strong command of Excel, MS Office Suite applications, and computer systems.
• Knowledge of data gathering and manipulation techniques and tools such as Access, SQL.
• Strong analytical abilities including mathematics and statistical concepts.
• Use of RADAR for impact, rate structure, quality and market analysis.
  

Education, Certifications & Designations:

Required: Bachelor’s degree Business, Accounting, Finance or similar field

Preferred: MBA or similar advanced degree, CPCU and/or FCAS
