Summary: Assist in the creation of wallcovering. Employee will support lab through design, concept, color creation, screen printing, as well as interpretation of custom samples into vinyl.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Capability to work with and on print apparatus
- Fabricate vinyl designs using separations, working with engraver ready files
- Organize and create design concepts
- Ink testing and pattern development
- Working in group environment to reach departmental goals
- Silk screening

- Creates samples for Len-Tex product in development and custom requests.
- Assist in colorway creation
- General administrative tasks as required
- Other duties as assigned.
Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Understanding of color creation, multicolor print concepts,
- print testing processes and strike off development
- Reading and writing skills
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to grip, lift, and carry up to 50lbs
- Ability to use hand tools: wrench, wiper, utility knife.
- Work standing on feet two to three hours between breaks.
- Ability to visually discern print problems on a moving web.
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in artistic design, textile design, or related field preferred. Related experience preferred.
