As a Desktop Support Technician, you will have direct and daily contact with all facets of AWC. The IT Support team is tasked with supporting and deploying internal user hardware, applications, network, and security. Success is measured by exceeding user expectations and requirements with opportunities to work with our Infrastructure team to grow your skills, expertise, and career development opportunities in the industry.

About YOU

The IT Support team works a hybrid remote/onsite schedule with a rotating on-call assignment once per month. Technicians have the unique opportunity to work with Systems Administrators on complex issues, enterprise applications, and hardware, as well as an internal software development team.

You will bring with you:

• Experience with computer hardware, PC repair, and basic networking
• Resourcefulness and ability to troubleshoot new and critical technical issues as they arise
• Ability to deploy, configure, and support operating systems and applications on desktop and mobile
• Understanding and appreciation for information security within systems and devices
• Strong drive to provide excellent customer service and experience, with an awareness of prioritization of tasks
• Desire to learn and adapt to new technology in an ever-changing environment.
