Responsibilities
Troubleshooting Dell laptop/desktop PCs.
Working with end-users to resolve issues.
Providing updates to management as needed.
Required Skills:
Communications, Hardware Break-Fix, Installing
1.5yrs experience required
Driving Required
YES Travel between multiple locations during week.
The following is MUST:
Field Tech experience client facing/executive customer service.
Troubleshooting and preventative maint of site. Warranty Dell support.
Mac experience is a plus.
Certification Requireme
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- iOS: 1 year (Preferred)
- Windows: 1 year (Required)
- Desktop support: 1 year (Required)
