Development and Marketing Manager

Location: Duluth, MN (Occasional travel between Superior, Two Harbors, and Cloquet offices)

DUTIES:

- The Development and Marketing Manager is responsible for carrying out HDC’s mission through leadership and direction of fundraising, marketing, and developmental activities.

- These include, but are not limited to, fundraising, community education, community organizing, marketing, and social media management. Position requires high level of customer service skills to establish and enhance positive relationships with donors, community leaders, HDC leadership, media, and the clients and employees of HDC.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

- College degree in related field or equivalent.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience in philanthropic arena with a desired balance of skills in fund development, public relations, management, and marketing.
