Mobile Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Camerota Truck Parts is looking for a (full time) highly motivated & dependable person to join our Team in an exciting new “hybrid” role, helping to support our Inside and Outside Sales and Service Departments.

Duties include:

• Processing of product transfer paperwork, core returns, and inventory counts
• Utilization of electronic catalogs/parts reference books
• Product pickup and delivery to customers as required
• Forklift and/or crane operation
• Regular utilization of and continued training with digital vehicle diagnostic equipment
• In-person B2B customer calls and delivering exceptional customer service

The successful candidate will possess:

• Heavy Truck and Equipment or Automotive experience is extremely beneficial
• Excellent computer skills
• Ability to effectively communicate digitally and in person
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• A great attitude for team-work and strong willingness to learn.
• Valid driver’s license – clear of any major infractions (incl. DUI) past 5 years
