We are seeking a Digital and Website Marketing Manager to contribute to the success of the Marketing Department by providing by developing, implementing, and monitoring online marketing campaigns to drive sales, service, and parts business. Effectively and efficiently utilizes resources of the marketing department. Implements best business practices and applies The Rusnak Standard to deliver superior client and associate satisfaction.

- Utilizes agency and internal resources to ensure that all Rusnak websites and campaigns include
current factory incentives and strong content. Ensures information is current and accurate. - Monitors Google analytics accounts and other web analytics tools. Provides quarterly analytics reports
to Marketing team; ensures integrity of data. Makes recommendations based on reporting to improve
quality and quantity of website traffic. - Leads website team and ensures websites meet both OEM and Rusnak standards. Follows up with
dealership digital requests and ensures all projects are completed in a timely manner. - Provides monthly reporting to dealership teams and helps hold them accountable in providing specials,
inventory photos and other web content. - Troubleshoots website and online inventory discrepancies using all backend tools including CDK, Lot
Merchandiser, vAuto, the DMS, and more. If necessary, works with vendors and dealership staff to
resolve such discrepancies.
- Preferred: Undergraduate college degree in Business, Marketing, English or Communications.
- Required: Minimum of 5 years in position of Marketing Coordinator, Lead, Supervisor, or similar
positions in automotive, retail, or hospitality. - Required: H.S. Diploma/GED or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; at least 5 years retail related experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication At least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Required: Current California Driver License with satisfactory Department of Motor Vehicle driving
record.
