General Description:

The Digital Transformation Lead collects and analyzes plant data and information from multiple sources to spot trends and gain maximum insight for competitive advantage. They communicate informed conclusions and make recommendations to the site Leadership Team to influence how the company approaches and meets business challenges of a changing marketplace using strong business acumen.

Roles and Responsibilities
The Digital Transformation Lead roles and responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with key vendors to deliver on transformational project goals
  • Remove barriers on-site to ensure project goals are achieved
  • Communicate progress to site leadership and Titan corporate network
  • Collaborates with site leadership to gain a full understanding of the problems they are looking to solve
  • Elevate concerns/barriers to leadership for swift action
  • Learn and apply new Digital Tools to enable site to sustain transformational projects, mainly:
    • Build models, connect data sources, use AI/ML tools
    • Find analytical solutions to abstract business issues
    • Present information through various data visualization techniques and tools as appropriate
    • Lead discussions and check implementation feasibility of the AI/ML solutions in collaboration with domain manager
    • Deliver solutions that help Operations make better decisions faster
  • Stay updated with the latest tools, trends, and technologies to improve overall efficiency and performance
  • Be an ambassador for change
  • Develop and direct the implementation of strategic business and/ or operational plans, projects, programs and systems

Education, Experience, Certifications Required:
  • BS in Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
  • 2-7 years of manufacturing experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Education, Experience, Certifications, Abilities
:
  • LSS Green/Black Belt, Scaled Agile Trained
  • Applications: PowerBI, SQL, APM, CPM, APC, Python, etc.
  • Passion for utilization of digital tools
  • Data Science experience
  • Self-motivated
  • Quick Learner
  • Active listening skills
  • Ability to work with and influence others
