Work location: Coldwater

Development Disabilities Staff. Looking for dependable flexible Staff that could work with individuals with disabilities in the community and homes. Assist with independency, home assistance, and recreation.

Monday through Friday 2:00pm-9:00pm and alternate weekends

Requirements: - Is at least 18 years of age.- Has a GED or high school diploma.- Has a reliable personal vehicle, and is willing and able to use personal vehicle to transport individuals.- Holds a valid driver's license.-Able to pass criminal background check- Has personal automobile insurance coverage and an acceptable driving record. Job Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to assigned resident

• Maintain adequate personal hygiene of assigned residents, including bathing, grooming, changing diapers, dressing, feeding, and positioning residents

• Participate in the development and implementation of assigned residents support plan

• Properly uses and cares for residents' personal equipment

• Assists with or performs care procedures or routines as requested

• Participates in on-going staff development activities

• Participates in resident activities including field trips

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
