Job description
We are seeking an accomplished, innovative, fundraising professional to join our leadership team. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Development will be responsible for leading all fundraising, development, and partnership activities with existing constituents and potential benefactors. There will be regular interaction with and support of staff, volunteers, benefactors, Board Members, and Jesuit priests. There is one other full-time staff member dedicated to development that focuses on donor relations and mission advancement.
Scope of Work
- Drive Donor and Foundation relations and cultivation
- Oversee Donor Acknowledgement
- Spearhead Annual Giving Appeal
- Oversee Annual Report communication
- Create innovative ways to stay connected to benefactors
- Ensure Planned Giving is Visible and Prioritized along with asking for major gifts
