Responsibilities:
The Director of Marketing will be responsible for establishing brand recognition and enabling lead generation for Multisorb. This person will create KPI’s and manage web properties, oversee targeted content, tradeshow management, create campaigns and collateral to support segment leaders and manage leads and lead generation.


Essential Duties

  • Establish marketing goals that align with business objectives
  • Develop and/or implement tools and processes required to track and meet goals, incorporate into marketing budget
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget
  • Execute objectives (i.e. increased website traffic, increased website inquiries, targeted advertisement campaigns)
  • Assist in customer and market research and data analysis.
  • Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of new markets, applications and opportunities.
  • Provide input on future product roadmap based on industry trends/requirements
  • Oversee initial review of generated leads and partner with internal leaders to follow up on viable leads
  • Liaise between internal research and development teams and external vendors to gain supporting technical value proposition data
  • Oversee website expansions or improvements to generate leads and improve Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Oversee external rebranding of the company that drives SEO and focuses on high growth areas and technologies
  • Create a custom solutions storefront (product catalogue) on our website to help generate more leads
  • Support the overall companies marketing needs, but specifically focus on high growth segments such as Diagnostics, Cannabis, and Custom Solutions
  • Maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

Work Environment

Generally works in an office environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting. Normal manufacturing conditions requiring safety observation at all times.

Travel: As needed up to 20%

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years in product development or marketing in a manufacturing, or medical device industry
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be a well-organized, detail and customer (internal and external) oriented self-starter
  • Strong attention to detail and proven track record of results with bias for action.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to utilize time and resources effectively and efficiently.
  • Sense of urgency, ability to take action quickly in fast-paced environment.Ability to establish expectations, motivate, delegate, and get work done through others effectively.
