Job Description:

RamQuest seeks a Director of Product Management to lead and grow the product management team. The selected candidate will drive product roadmaps in alignment with strategic direction and priorities. This individual will coach and manage product managers and communicate team progress to department leadership, the executive team, and other key stakeholders. The position reports to the SVP of Product Management, and works collaboratively with teams across the portfolio, partnering with end-users, engineers, designers, and marketers to deliver software products that deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• You are an experienced software product leader and you have significant years of both people management and B2B software product leadership.
• Building trust and managing effective relationships are at the core of your professional values.
• You have a track record of successfully leading a team of software product managers and you are effective leading all phases of the software product lifecycle.
• You are at your best when working with cross-functional teams and executing software product roadmaps.
• You are a roll-up-your-sleeves leader and you are willing to take on broad leadership tasks to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet high standards.
• You thrive professionally when you are managing bottlenecks and negotiating the balancing act and the tradeoffs of successfully guiding your products and your team while maximizing impact for exceptional customer experiences.
• Working with engineering leadership on forecasting and best resource allocation keeps you focused on the success of the entire organization.

To be successful in this position:

• We require deep experience in product management experience with a focus on SaaS and business strategy.
• You must have significant experience as a leader and direct manager.
• You must have extensive experience working with Agile methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
