JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Must have excellent communication skills, knowledge of business functions, and strong leadership skills
- Forecast sales, revenue, and expenses for department
- Achieve growth and sales goals
- Ability to monitor and coach with people management skills
- Have strong working relationship with all departments within dealership
- Work with sales personnel to build and promote strong long-lasting customer relationships
- Have strong working relationship with the manufacturers that we represent
- Commitment to training and abreast of product and industry trends
- Analyzing accounting and financial data
- Ordering, acquiring, and pricing inventory and BTOs
- Must be regular and predictable in attendance
- Must be able to work in a cooperative manner with co-workers and supervisors
- Must uphold company policies, including anti-harassment program
- Must conduct yourself in a professional manner when in Southland uniform.
- Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have minimum 5 years sales experience
- Sales experience in heavy duty transportation equipment
- Heavy Duty Trailer Sales experience preferred
