Come and work a fun, new food social house in the heart of The Milk District!

We are currently looking for BOH team members to fill Dish and prep positions for our Italian Kitchen called Cicchetti with brunch offerings on weekends. We are partnered with a few other local favorites such as Foxtail Coffee Co and Kelly's Ice Cream.

Team members are to work in a professional manner. Responsible for organizing products. Assisting with receiving, rotating incoming goods. BOH knowledge a plus, high food safety practices in place.

Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Maintains the highest quality, consistency of product standards.
• Follows all Foxtail Coffee and Co standards and procedures.

• Verbally communicate in a friendly manner.
• Reports all/any issues with facility to the manager on duty..
• Maintains efficient, friendly attitude.

Environment:

• Restocks shelves when necessary.
• Routinely cleans the kitchen and prep areas, floors, and takes out trash, etc.
• Assists in the distribution of weekly shipments.
• Reports potential safety hazards to the manager on duty.
• Reports all employee accidents to the manager on duty.
• Informs the manager on duty of any operational inconsistencies.

Requirements, Qualifications & Physical Demands:

• 2 + years preferred
• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
• May work special events, as needed.
• Working with cleaning chemicals on a daily basis
• Working in a wet environment
• Maintains positive morale and professional attitude.
• Must be able to work overtime, as needed.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented.
• Regularly required to stand, walk, talk and hear.
• Frequently required to use hand to finger motions, handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms.
• Regularly required to lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to adjust vision to both day and night lighting, and be able to focus on distant and close-range projects.
• ServeSafe/ Food Handler's Certification is a plus
