Title: Dishwasher/Porter

Work Hours: AM 5:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. or Swing rotating 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., Modified 4/2 rotating schedule (4 days on, 2 days off) Flexibility to work weekends needed.

Responsibilities include:

• Ability to operate a commercial dishwashing machine safely.

• Wash various kitchen items by hand when necessary.

• Cleans cooking equipment daily or as needed.

• Must to follow sanitation and safety policies at all times including maintaining temperature logs for dish machines and sanitizer logs for sinks.

• Transports Rooms Trays to/from dining areas and sanitizes tray carts

• Commitment to all around cleanliness, including dishwashing and dish storage areas

Qualifications and Education:

Prior experience in a health care and/or hospitality environment preferred. Must have a high level of attention to detail and enjoy working in and around the senior community.

Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
