WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As a Dispatch Coordinator, living in either the Mountain or Pacific time zone, you will support our Field (Break/Fix) team as it grows and requires support to effectively and efficiently dispatch our regional technicians to respond to site issues, outages, equipment upgrades, etc. This is a critical aspect of operations focused on Customer Experience and Retention. This position is also revenue producing as the role entail ensuring that Work Orders are appropriately billed to clients.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assigning Work Order to Field Technicians using WhiteSky's Dispatch and Ticketing Systems
  • Coordinate and schedule on-site activities with property POCs
  • Assessing Technician availability/workload and determine optimal deployment strategies
  • Working with third-party providers as needed to assign Work Orders when staff Technicians are not available
  • Updating Work Orders and coordinating with Technicians to record job status
  • Ordering equipment needed to complete Work Orders
  • Where appropriate, billing clients for completed Work Orders
  • Coordinate with the Sales Team to coordinate other site visits/surveys as needed
  • This position is for a Mountain or Pacific Time Zone resident
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
  • 5+ years of dispatch experience
  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience
  • Familiarity with bulk Internet/TV services
  • Experience with Zendesk and TalkDesk
  • Demonstrated ability to self-manage in a remote work setting
