YOUR ROLE

Dispatch all jobs to drivers quickly and accurately.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• 
  Dispatch all jobs to drivers quickly and accurately.
• Properly manage and coordinate driver availability as work dictates.
• Work closely with drivers (this includes assigning new jobs, obtaining charges and handling any driver problems)
• Communicate with Control Towers, with status updates as required.
• Work closely with Dispatch staff (This includes checking QTRAC buckets alarms, checking emails, Process International shipments for export, coordinating with control towers on alerts and assisting with any problems.
• Condition and receive credo systems as required by dispatch stations
• To perform any department specific functions as defined by the management team.
• To undertake any other reasonable duties/responsibilities at the request of the management team.
• Responsible for shipping/receiving duties when applicable.
• Document and escalate all problems/situations as per company policy and
  procedures.
• Submit company driver and IC payroll (ensure all OT is pre-approved)
• Report vehicle accidents/driver incidents immediately to Supervisor/Manager/HR.
• Schedule and manage vehicle repairs and equipment.
• Perform driver functions and role as required.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

• 
  Demonstrate Ability to identify and solve problems.
• Demonstrate written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate knowledge of company policies and procedures
• Time Management: The ability to organize and mange multiple priorities
• Computer Proficiency
• Must possess and maintain Forklift certification
• Must possess and maintain function specific DG certification
• Demonstrate experience in international & domestic airline routings, geography and time zones.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays
