Elevate Patient Financial Solutions has an exciting career opportunity available as a(n) District Manager. This position will be located in Creve Coeur, MO. The Full Time schedule for this role will be Monday through Friday, with flexible hours.

Job Summary
The District Manager establishes efficient and effective work processes of the Eligibility Program for multiple facilities or systems. The District Manager is responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, mentoring, and evaluating Eligibility staff. The District Manager acts as the liaison between ElevatePFS Clients and Eligibility Representatives to facilitate a seamless effort and provides training to supporting departments. The District Manager prepares weekly and monthly reports to upper management for effective monitoring of staff.

Job Scope

  • Responsible for management and oversight for multiple facilities or systems.
  • Ensure primary focus is on optimizing revenue for clients and ElevatePFS.
  • Provide in-service training to ElevatePFS employees, hospital staff, and others as determined by program procedures.
  • Generate and oversee adhoc reports, monthly client reports, and ensure reconciliation reports are adjudicated by months’ end.
  • Maintain client site and position specific productivity standards and reports for monitoring.
  • Provide reporting on site audits to Regional Director/Executive Vice President.
  • Ensure Program Manager interacts with patients, families, physicians and caseworkers in order to obtain or determine the eligibility of the patient for Federal or State assistance.
  • Develop and maintain an extensive knowledge base for Federal and State administered programs and function as an advisor to assigned Program Managers.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of eligibility systems, their codes, and their relationships so those problems can be identified and resolved.
  • Work with Audit, Training and Implementation Team Leaders, as well as, all other departments and help develop any action plans necessary in appropriate facilities.
  • Maintain appropriate contact and relationships with clients.
  • When necessary, assist in marketing as directed by Regional Director/Executive Vice President.

Qualifications

  • Some college and seven plus years of related experience and/or training
  • Previous background with state Medicaid eligibility preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of government healthcare eligibility programs
  • Prior multi-entity management experience
  • Advanced interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
  • Thorough knowledge of the Medicaid application and appeals processes.
  • Ability to learn multiple state/federal/local program policies and procedures
  • Ability to learn and handle multiple responsibilities; and enforce priorities set by Regional Director/Executive Vice President.
  • Hospital Patient Financial Services experience helpful
