Overview:
GeroPsych is the mental health division of Key Rehabilitation, Inc. and is a group mental health practice, based in Murfreesboro, TN. We work with Skilled Nursing Facilities to provide psychological services to residents.
We are seeking licensed Doctorate level psychologists and Licensed Clinical Social Workers. We utilize both in-person and telehealth modes of treatment. Typically, treating residents of nursing homes is most effective in person. However, because we look to provide services in rural areas, in some cases telehealth is the only viable option.
Our services are intended to address the personal psychosocial issues that people are dealing with. We also aim to promote personal growth and a sense of purpose while helping people to adjust to life in a nursing home. Our philosophy includes that at any age, and in any setting, people need to find meaning and purpose in their daily lives.

We have positions available that are very part-time - a few hours a week, up to full-time hours depending on location.
This position is in person therapy provided to seniors living in a SNF in Hendersonville TN.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Doctorate level Psychologist with an active state license to practice as a Psychologist OR must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with an active state license.
- Must be willing and able to perform job responsibilities while adhering to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and follow all state and federal guidelines.
