Job Openings for Direct Support Professionals

Full Time and Part Time Residential Shifts available
We provide residential services at the following locations:
- Turnersville and Clayton in Gloucester County
- Cherry Hill, Berlin, and Voorhees in Camden County
- Mount Holly, and Willingboro in Burlington County

Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
- Actively support and supervise adults with mild, moderate intellectual disabilities.
- Transport individuals to various trips & local community events for fun and recreation.
- Create meaningful environments and activities to support interest, growth and development.
- Participate in planning and development of community-based activities.
- Engage in arts and crafts, food cooking and other activities within our day facility complex.
- Document supports you provided to individuals at end of day in our Electronic Health Record.
- Be part of our team that works to create a fun, daily experience that people look forward to.

Who are we: P.I.L.O.T. Services is a small organization providing Day & Residential supports to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Being small has its advantages and we believe enables us to do so much more and this sets us apart from the bigger operations out there. What can a day be like: community volunteering, trips to various parks, shopping excursions, beach trips, boardwalk walks, nature hikes, fishing, going to movie theaters, backyard BBQs, yards games, arts and crafts, card games or just hanging out inside homes watching TV are some examples of a day within a day program and/or group home settings.
Compensation: DSP’s make between 33,000 to 35,000 annually if Full Time.
$15.75 Base Rate DSP’s
$16.25 CNA’s and HHA’s; AA & AS
$16.75 with Bachelor’s Degree

To be considered:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- A verifiable High School Diploma required, BA or AA preferred
- Experience desired, but not necessary; we will train and support you
- Must have a desire to help others reach their fullest potential
- A valid driver's license
- Knowledge, experience with Therap, our electronic health record system-a plus
