JOB SUMMARY:

eCommerce Specialist is responsible for managing all online inquiries obtained through NORD's online tools. This person will also be the main contact for software support topics. The position will collaborate with software product management to streamline communication and determine opportunities for improvement. Be involved in training and documenting processes for Internal, External, and customer users

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide exceptional service and support to NORD’s online tool user base
• Review, update, and approve user registrations for NORD's online tools
• First point of contact for all online inquires and managed email inbox
• Support sales administration and Internal Sales with price related questions.
• Collaborate with Project Manager and global digital solutions team on project testing, bug fixing and reporting.
• Support online tools trainings for employees and customers
• Create and maintain support documentation for online tools for both internal and customer use cases
• Cross functional training with other departments to fully understand all NORD products and processes
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education: 2-year college degree or currently studying in related fields

Experience: 2+ years of Customer Service background or equivalent. In depth knowledge of software testing and agile methodologies. Knowledge of mechanical power transmission and electrical/control products

Skills and Key Attributes: Strong attention to detail. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to customers. Strong computer skills – SAP knowledge preferred, experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Excel including Pivot Table creation and manipulation, and Microsoft SharePoint. Experience with JIRA or other bug tracking software is a plus

Physical Requirements: Ability to work at a desk for up to 8 hours per day. Ability to travel without restrictions.
