Your Part:
As the eLearning Manager, you are the SME (subject matter expert) in all things learning software and delivery. You love a fast-paced environment and pride yourself on attention to detail. You multitask and love to give your input in developing and executing new procedures. You are a problem solver, who can come up with solutions to meet our often times changing needs. Let’s face it, you’re an innovator in learning. You find the bugs and don’t hesitate to interact with system vendors to find solutions to technical problems and are always looking for ways to enhance our associates eLearning experience. You are also creative and love to author and utilize multimedia tools to create storyboards and scripts for new online courses. The analytical side of you has a knack for auditing training curriculum and creating reports for learning metrics, but the creative side enjoys putting together classes and training from content provided to you from other departments and SME’s. Let’s face it, you have more tricks up your sleeve than magicians Penn and Teller combined. #LMS
This position offers $85K to $100K DOE, the ability to earn a discretionary bonus, plus benefits

What We’d Love for You to Bring to the Table as an eLearning Manager:
Here’s the deal. Since this isn’t your first rodeo, you have a minimum of three years’ experience in a corporate training environment. Or, you may even have a bachelor’s degree in a related area with two years of experience – that would be great as well! You have a keen understanding of learning and development theory and utilized SCORM Compliant Development Tools such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Captivate, or other video and voice editing software. You’ve been able to apply your instructional design methodology to the development of e-learning and classroom-based training. You’re proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Google Chrome, Teams, Zoom, GoToTraining, GoToMeeting, and you may even have some Adobe software suite experience. You will operate as the internal expert on all aspects of the LMS functionality, including, development of procedures to improve the processes and operating quality and efficiency of the system’s applications. Your California Driver’s License is up to date as is your car insurance. Your driving record is something you’re proud of, even if it’s not perfect.
