Calspan Business Park is a premier office and industrial park located in Buffalo, NY. We are looking for a team oriented experienced Electrician - Facilities Technician to join our team and perform a variety of tasks, both indoor and outdoor, involving physical labor.

- Ability to assist supervisor with day-to-day work
- Master of one or more building trades
- Ability to provide time and materials for special projects
- Perform other duties as required or directed by management
Preferred Education / Experience:
- Associates degree in related field and completed courses in building trades
- 5+ years Electrical experience or;
- A combination of education and experience equivalent to above
Preferred Knowledge / Ability:
- Provide guidance, training, and support to less experienced Facilities Technician staff
- Effectively operate seasonal equipment
- Ability to lifting repetitively, bend, and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to follow direction and fully complete all assigned tasks
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Able to follow workplace safety procedures, including machinery lock out, tag out and use of personal protective equipment
- Able to perform job tasks outdoors in hot and cold conditions
- Good communication skills to interact with tenants and coworkers
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs or up to 75lbs with assistance
