QUALITY CONSULTING GROUP, a leader in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, and manufacturing industry, is looking for a talented, highly motivated and enthusiastic to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Execute intermediate maintenance activities, or operates and monitors plant support equipment, referring complex issues or problems to more experienced personnel.
• Operate assigned equipment, facility, utility, and HVAC Systems in accordance with established guidelines and operating procedures.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and employ basic predictive technologies to identify root cause and appropriate corrective actions for equipment problems or to diagnose equipment problems.
• Ensure that operational log paperwork, daily log files, and work order documentation is completed with accurate information.
• Perform intermediate troubleshooting of utility, process, and HVAC related equipment/ systems
• Provide detailed training program in order to develop one's knowledge in the maintenance and operations field and other areas of the plant.
• Develop a basic proficiency in one or more advanced maintenance technology and understand how to apply technology to improve equipment reliability (alignment, balancing, thermography, oil analysis, ultrasound, electric motor circuit analysis, metrology or vibration monitoring)
• All work must be completed in accordance with CFRs, cGMPs, SOPs, job plans, company policies.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Electronics, Industrial Mechanics or related field.
• Two (2) years of relevant experience
• Experience at inspection or packaging equipment/system on GMP regulated industry.
• Reading/Writing skills to perform and document maintenance operations.
• Demonstrate expertise in two or more advanced maintenance technologies and understand how to apply technology to improve equipment reliability (alignment, balancing, thermography, oil analysis, ultrasound, electric motor circuit analysis, metrology or vibration monitoring).
• Troubleshooting and Root Cause analysis techniques
• Ability to read and understand schematics and job blueprints.
• Ability to interact constructively with peers/teams.
• Availability to work 12hrs shift | night shift.
