Job description

As a business analyst, you will be analyzing, documenting business processes, and identifying areas for improvement. You will work closely with various business stakeholders and technical experts to deliver on business objectives while adhering to our long-term technology goals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clear and concise documentation regarding requirements management plans, Functional Requirements.
• Gather business and functional requirements from client and end users
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to develop as is and to be processed Capturing information into sequence diagrams and develop these with the architectural team
• Prioritizing business and technology requirements, evaluating multiple options, and contributing to the proposal of appropriate solutions using defined methodologies
• Understanding where Business Analysis activities fit within the Project life-cycle and maintaining an awareness of industry best-practice
• Will be assisting the team with project tasks which includes changing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Work within cross-functional team and agile teams to drive successful deployments.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration or any relevant field.
• Good knowledge and exposure towards gathering and documenting functional-nonfunctional requirements in Agile Methodology.
• Demonstrated ability to work well with a wide variety of people at various levels.
• Strong communication skills, ability to actively interact with all levels within the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
