The company is currently seeking to fill an entry-level data entry position to assist with a large data migration project. Data entry professionals maintain and update carefully prepared data files to ensure data systems, initiatives and practices comply with system guidelines. The starting salary is $38,000.00 USD with eligibility for a performance-based salary increase after 3-months. The position is full-time and located in Midtown, Manhattan near 34th St.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• MS Excel / Outlook.
• Enter updates to excel files containing sales and purchase orders, vendors, customers, etc.
• Key master data updates on products, customers, warehouses, etc.
• Liaise with Global Data Management and Billing, Accounting and IT
• May include preparation and submission of reports with focus on accuracy, precision and urgency
• Sit in and take notes of meetings.

Compensation

$38,000.00 Base salary with performance-based salary review eligibility after 3 months.

Job Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Computer skills with a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Ability to work in-office at our Midtown, Manhattan offices.

Ability to meet strict deadlines.
