Primary Job Function: To assist in installing heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience.
Pay Scale: $16-$20/hr DOE
Required Qualifications:
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Eager to invest time in training seminars and classes.
- Willing to follow directions and complete jobs as needed
- Basic Safety knowledge of tools and surroundings.
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude
- Unloading/Stocking supplies and Equipment.
- Unloading/Loading truck.
- Be able to carry 100 pounds.
- Possesses both written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate willingness and commitment to developing customer service skills
- Certificate of Completion from an HVAC Technical School or prior HVAC field experience
- EPA certification (universal is preferred but type II is required)
