Compensation: Starting at $11.15/hour

Located in office suites above the Downtown Antique Mall in West Plains, MO

recruiting team. As an
Entry Level Recruiter, you will be working right out of our higher-tech-than-most facility, recruiting employees for some of the largest retailers on the planet. (Ok, maybe not the planet, but definitely in the US)

Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Learn our tools and technology and have an amazing attitude
- Process all client applications and run each through our proven success process
- Professionally conduct phone screens/interviews on the best applicants
- Meet and exceed your daily and weekly KPIs. Because by doing that, you will be awesome!
- Treat our clients, applicants, and team members with the utmost respect. Non-negotiable.
What you need to succeed:
- High School or GED required. Some or all college preferred.
- A couple of years of retail or professional experience is a must. Interviewing and recruiting experience would be icing!
- Good with computers and a love of technology. We are APPLE people!
- Must be absolutely relentless in the pursuit of being the best that you can be.
- An attitude of winning. Because all we do is win, win, win, no matter what.
