About the Job

We are seeking a motivated individual to fill our Accounts Payable position. This is an entry level position so experience is not required; paid training will be provided. Although this is an entry level position, it offers the opportunity for growth and salary advancement. Job Duties

• Accounts Payable

-Double Checking Invoices

-Entering Invoices

-Monthly Statements

• Receptionist

- Answering phones

- Outgoing Mail

• Any additional misc. tasks
