Are you looking to start your career in sales? Are you currently a sales representative looking for better hours, pay, or growth? We are looking for 3 additional team members and a manager in training to start immediately. This opportunity comes with the following:

• 
  Hours: Monday-Thursday 10-7, Friday 9-5
• Benefits: UPMC insurance plus benefit package
• Compensation: Base salary + uncapped commissions. Average earnings $1,700-2,600/week
• Growth: Because we have a specific training process, we always promote from within for management. Our Vice President of sales started as an entry level sales rep.
• Paid Training: Don't know how to sell? Don't worry, we train a specific process. Most of our sales team had never done sales before starting here.
• Environment: We have a supportive environment, including mentors that job shadow you when you need the extra help. Every quarter we have company events including awards banquets, parties, picnics, etc.
• Company Car: During your first 60 days we will reimburse you for your car use, but after the probationary period, we will provide a company car for your use.
• 4 day work week: If you'd prefer a 4 day work week, you qualify for this after the 60 day probationary period. Some employees work M-Th then T-F the following week to have a 4 day weekend!
• Job Security: We are debt free and have been in business for over 40 years. Recessions do not affect us like other industries, and we stay busy Jan-Dec.
