Job description

We are looking for a full time Field Geologist or Environmental Scientist with experience in the implementation and oversight of spill response environmental site investigations and remedial activities.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Provides technical support to Retail Petroleum client in a variety of work scopes, including but not limited to: environmental site characterization, monitoring, permitting, regulatory reporting, UST system closure assessment, Phase I and II due diligence, and UST system inspections.
• Collects and interprets soil, groundwater, and air samples.
• Conducts work independently or as part of a project team, with the ability to adjust to rapidly changing site conditions or client requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Biology, Hydrology, or related scientific field required.
• Must have 2 to 4 years of applicable experience.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
