Creature is a fully integrated design, manufacture, construct (DMC) firm located in Birmingham, AL. DMC replaces the century-old siloed approach of the AEC Industry. DMC uses design to leverage manufacturing productivity so that construction is simple. We self perform almost all of the work in the field. Our system is significantly more economical, faster, and much better for people running the system.

We are working with Blox,LLC who is delivering manufactured building modules to sites across GA and North and Central FL. Creature will perform the site work and foundation work then stitch the module together to create 6,500 SF medical clinics. We are responsible for delivery of the project from site work through Certificate of Occupancy.

Creature needs an equipment operator. This operator would be able to read a civil set of drawings and finish grade the site to the proper slope. In addition, performing the demo of asphalt slab, prepping, and pouring concrete piers and general site maintenance would be a necessity. Conscientiousness and attention to detail are a must.

Holding each other and/or our partners to results, calling out when there is a lack of results, and doing whatever it takes to get the result.
