Job description
Position Summary: The Systems Specialist will maintain all systems, focusing primarily on Business Central. They will work closely with the Operations and Accounting teams to create and analyze procedures to increase efficiency. The Systems Specialist will act as the ERP Lead on various projects and system upgrades, working closely with key company stakeholders to ensure optimum utilization of the ERP that maximizes workflow and reporting efforts. This individual will be someone who enjoys working closely with others, who can make meaningful connections with others and understand their processes and pain points to help guide continual improvement.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities include the following, and other related duties as assigned.
- Train and support key system users
- Work closely with the finance team on optimizing reporting capabilities
- Document processes and procedures for systems improvement
- Lead system improvement and configuration efforts in ERP
- Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Experience with Business Central or Dynamics NAV (Navision) ERP software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well with users and translate technical personnel to non-technical staff
- Experience with finance and accounting processes
- Strong analytical and problem solving mind-set
- Experience working in an inventory based company
Preferred Education/Experience:
- 5+ years of implementation/management experience using Microsoft's D365 Business Central and / or previous versions of Dynamics NAV.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Experience in the cannabis industry is a plus.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
