Job Description: EUV Operations Manager

Position Summary

Energetiq is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee procurement and production of Extreme Ultraviolet (EUV) light sources for use in semiconductor manufacturing. These products are high-value, low-volume capital equipment, and each build must be managed as a separate project. Managing a successful operation will require a hands-on approach to procurement, scheduling, building, cleaning, and shipping. The Operations Manager will deliver products to the committed schedule by effectively directing a small procurement, assembly, and engineering team, at times assisting personally to cover gaps. A successful candidate will have experience managing small teams and parallel projects, problem-solving, and process development/refinement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage materials procurement, resource, and personnel scheduling to deliver EUV systems on schedule.
• Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of build schedule, materials availability status, and potential schedule risks.
• Develop and manage risk mitigation plans to minimize the impact of supply chain interruption.
• Support and drive a culture of continuous improvement with the objectives of maximizing customer satisfaction and employee engagement
• Be willing and able to personally step in and assist in various operational areas when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated experience managing capital equipment projects, ideally for semiconductor manufacturing equipment
• Experience with and knowledge of vacuum systems, pulsed power systems, control systems, and/or optics is desirable
• Experience managing direct labor employees
• Experience using project management and ERP/MRP systems in a manufacturing environment

• Curiosity – the successful candidate is a self-learner, using all resources at his/her disposal to expand both depth and breadth of knowledge
• Passion – specifically a passion for delivering quality product to customers on schedule
• Communication- this is a dynamic manufacturing environment where flexibility is required, and the best solutions are collaboratively developed
• Organization- you must always know the status of materials and orders for several simultaneous and overlapping builds. This necessitates extreme attention to detail and practiced gift of organization. You must be able to make frequent schedule and assignment adjustments to optimize the use of your resources and deliver products to committed schedule
