Full-time, on-call or in-between... TEAMWORX has exciting job opportunities for those new to the hospitality industry as well as seasoned professionals.

Under direct supervision, Guest Services Ushers are responsible for greeting and supporting guests with outstanding customer service; providing solutions when issues arise.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Receive all guests with outstanding and friendly customer service.

Be knowledgeable of the facility and provide guest and client assistance as needed.

Support ticket taking operations and ingress procedures during events and ancillary activations.

Effectively communicate and document escalated customer issues to Supervisors and Management.

Assist Supervisors and Management as needed in a timely and efficient manner.

All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Must be able to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment.

Possess strong verbal interpersonal communications.

Follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively with others under pressure.

Remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur.

Must be able to work irregular hours including nights, weekend and holidays as needed.

Must be able to stand and/or walk for hours at a time.

Ability to deal tactfully in stressful situations and stay calm under pressure.

Must have professional presentation, appearance, and work ethic.

Additional Information

Starting at $9.00 / hour.

High School Diploma or GED preferred

One-year prior experience in a customer service position preferred

Must be able to communicate clearly, have a friendly disposition, and a smile!

Candidates must be able to stay calm in the stressful and fast-paced environment of an arena. Experience in handling conflict in a friendly and effective manner is preferred.

Good Conduct Certificate, Health Certificate, Covid Vaccination

Valid Government Issued Identification
