We are looking for an Events Manager to join our fast-growing team.

Today's disconnected and fragmented digital asset trading systems lack enough liquidity, do not offer the best asset prices, and are too complicated, slow, and expensive for institutions trading at scale. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• As an Event Manager we'll trust you to use your curiosity and creative skills to create unique experiences for both internal and external events
• You'll be responsible for the end-to-end development, planning, management, and execution of all Apifiny events
• Collaborate with all external partners and internal cross-functions to create unique event experiences that communicate thekey messages and objectives
• Infuse customized, out-of-the-box ideas and solutions for events
• Lead the creative process, including guest and guest speaker invites, event production, swags etc
• Lead projects with multiple partners (across different geographies and businesses) and teams from inception to delivery
• Will be encouraged to make sound independent decisions consistent with business
• Manage event budgets and KPIs, negotiation with vendors, and ensure payments & reconciliations take place in a timely manner
• Project manage virtual events (webinars, AMAs etc)
• Implement event processes, standards, and measurements across all events

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Highly articulate, polished, and able to present to all levels of management
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously under tight deadlines while keeping an attention to detail
• Ability to work successfully and efficiently with minimal supervision, yet seeks and takes direction appropriately
• Strong interpersonal skills and very effective working in a team environment
• Comfort working in fast-paced environments and a proven track record of delivering high quality results
• High energy, problem solving, self-starter, results oriented, proactive individual with a high sense of urgency
• Ability to effectively lead and influence internal/external partners towards intended and successful results
• Flexibility and agility to learn and develop new skills on the job
• Ability to travel domestic and/or internationally as needed
