Copeland Excavation & Construction Company has openings for Excavation Ground Crew! Sign-on bonus paid after 6 months!! $15.00 Starting Pay for Laborers!!

Copeland Excavation is an established, growing site development/excavation company working in the New River Valley area. We strive to be Southwest Virginia’s premier Excavation Contractor by safely and consistently delivering quality and timely service. Responsibilities:

• Follow all company safety policies
• Perform duties as lead by the Superintendent / Foreman
• Run and maintain various construction equipment including, but not limited to: pumps, walk behind saws, demolition saws, chainsaws and other construction equipment
• Deliver materials to site area
• Dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding and remove debris
• Keep building and/or assigned areas clean and organized
• Other duties as assigned per individual job site

Qualifications:

• Construction Experience (preferred)
• High school or equivalent (preferred)
• Driver's License (preferred)
