Job Title: Executive Assistant for Chief Medical Officer
APRINOIA Therapeutics is discovering and developing therapeutics and imaging diagnostics for neurodegenerative diseases, including dementia and movement disorders, with operations in the US, Taiwan, Japan, Hong Kong, and China.
Position Summary: Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Medical Officer and his team by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing various administrative functions.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Position Summary: Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Medical Officer and his team by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing various administrative functions.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Functions as liaison between management and various departments to facilitate smooth daily company operations. This would include communications with home office in China,Taiwan and Japan.
- Screens telephone calls and incoming mail at the executive level and responds promptly to incoming correspondence as appropriate.
- Maintains an updates and accurate calendar as well as schedules appointments and office meetings as requested.
- Ensures management is informed of deadlines and problems.
- Communicates with parties as needed on behalf of management to help facilitate day to day business matters.
- Prepares correspondence accurately as requested by management.
- Maintains an extensive filing system for correspondence, business matters, and other related data according to company requirements, as well as the State of Massachusetts and Federal regulations.
- Prepares and confirms all travel and accommodation arrangements and resolves related difficulties.
- Create and maintain master forms designed to enhance efficient office operations by applying knowledge of software applications
- Operates standard office equipment efficiently, including but not limited to computer, printer, and photocopy machines.
- Work with Chief Financial Officer to coordinate and prepare budget reports as directed by the CFO and Clinical budget reports for CMO.
- Backup for payroll. • Ability to come into the office three days a week.
- Maintain information for business organizations and academic institutions. Acts as company liaison for professional associations and organizations.
- Review and prepare outgoing mail.
Work Experience: At least 5 years of Executive Administrative Assistant experience in the biotechnology or biopharmaceutical industry required.

- Can work as a team member and work independently, in a timely and efficient manner.
- Experience in managing and processing contracts and review of Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDA’s) LLC when assigned by CMO or CFO.
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s or Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and a minimum of five years related experience.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully an individual should have a high level of knowledge and be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite (Word, Excel PowerPoint, Outlook), Conferencing Applications (Zoom, Microsoft Teams), Google Chrome and Firefox.
