Benjamin’s House Emergency Shelter has realized significant accomplishments thanks to the passionate staff and valuable community partnerships. The organization plans to continue the development as it conducts a local and regional search for the top leadership position within the organization.

Benjamin’s House Mission:

Working together with others to provide shelter, food, support services and an avenue to self sufficiency for the homeless and people in need.

The Executive Director is the key leader of Benjamin’s House Emergency Shelter, Inc., and is responsible for the development, direction, and coordination of all operations necessary for Benjamin’s House to maintain consistent achievement and execute its mission.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the mission, build and manage collaborative relationships and have strong leadership ability.

The Executive Director role offers a high level of responsibility and exposure within the community, excellent opportunity for development through being a thought leader and key partner to the entire community and most of all, the Executive Director will make a meaningful difference for all community stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
