You will provide leadership and management of The Tiverton, our 100-room health and wellness hotel, serving UCLA Health patients and their families on the UCLA campus. The Tiverton makes it possible for families to be nearby their loved ones when support and closeness are needed most. You will:
- Drive strategic planning initiatives in support of UCLA Health’s mission and goals
- Determine objectives and organizational goals
- Establish internal policies
- Secure necessary resources and funding
- Develop strategic partnerships across the health system
- Manage public relations and marketing initiatives
- Lead management staff to ensure effective day-to-day operations
- Oversee at least 25 employees

We’re seeking a customer-focused, self-directed leader with:
- Related Bachelor’s degree.
- Master’s degree in patient or customer services preferred.
- Eight or more years of management experience.
- Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or human services a plus.
- Solid background in customer relations.
- Excellent leadership, problem solving, decision making, negotiation, and delegation abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain trust and inspire commitment from others.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to change.
- Experience with budget development, managing expenses, and fundraising.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.
