What you'll be able to do

  • Support development and execution of active and passive executive recruiting needs as defined by business unit/skill team
  • Proactively build and nurture diverse talent pipelines
  • Research and talent-map target companies
  • Partner with Executive Recruiters, HR and Hiring Executives to build candidate profiles and search strategies
  • Help prepare candidate presentations to Executive Recruiters, HR & Hiring Executives
  • Partner with Branding & Communications to craft our executive recruiting narrative
  • Complete special projects as needed and lend your expertise in one or more areas of specialization (sourcing, recruitment process, etc.)
  • Be intellectually curious, continuously learning about the business, our competitors, and the markets we work in to allow you to tell our "story" to engage with passive candidates
  • Work collaboratively with other Executive Talent Acquisition colleagues


Functional & Technical Knowledge

The minimum requirements we seek

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years of demonstrated success attracting and recruiting executive level talent
  • 1+ years of executive search experience in search firm and corporate settings

  • Proficient with enterprise ATS, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo and other recruiting tools/technology
  • A high level of discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information
  • Ability to build a network of diverse executive talent
  • Exceptional written/verbal communication and negotiation skills
  • Resourcefulness, creativity and self-motivation
  • Diverse industry experience inclusive of technology, digital, CX, etc.
  • Highly collaborative working style and proven history building relationships with and influencing executive level talent
