Thind Management is now hiring experienced hospitality professional for AGM of Hotel Operations at the beautiful Crowne Plaza - Shenandoah, located in the The Woodlands area. (North of Houston) In this position you will be required to work mornings, evenings, and overnights. You MUST be flexible. You will also be required to drive the shuttle bus within a five mile radius of the hotel. You must have a valid Texas Driver’s license and a clean driving record.

PURPOSE:

To provide guests with a pleasant memorable experience. Handle guest issues and concerns in a professional and efficient manner, process check-ins and check-outs, issues room keys, answers questions, problem solve, and supervisor front office associates. Accounting background a plus

  • It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
  • Knowledge of local market (a plus)
  • Knowledge of hospitality
  • Passion for sales and for achieving targets and objectives
  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field would be preferred.
  • Accounting procedures

Other Responsibilities:

  • Set the tone for the guest experience, greet guests in a warm and friendly manner
  • Check-in and check-out guests
  • Resolve guest requests
  • Answer inquires pertaining to hotel services, registration, shopping, dining and travel directions
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions, process guest accounts upon checkout in an efficient and accurate manner
  • Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English
  • Performs any other job related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Two years of previous customer service experience required, prior front desk management experience required. If you have not managed front office operations, please do not apply.
  • Must be flexible to working days, early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays 3. High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Displays good customer relations skills and takes initiative to greet guests in a friendly manner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
